An adjustable personal anchor that lets you set your distance from the anchor anywhere from 20 cm to 100 cm. Unlike the Petzl Adjust, the SBEA Adjust can be lengthened even while you're hanging on it with full bodyweight, and it costs noticeably less.
Who it's for Climbers who clean anchors, rappel or spend time hanging at belays and want a comfortable, adjustable tether.
When to choose it Choose the SBEA Adjust over a fixed sling when you want to fine-tune your position at the anchor. It's made from 9.5mm dynamic rope, so it can absorb the force of a fall factor 2, which a standard sling can't.
How it works Girth-hitch it to your harness, clip the other end to the anchor with any locking carabiner, then slide the adjuster to get as close or as far away as you need. Carabiner not included.
