Train Every Pinch
The Quad Block is built to help climbers strengthen one of the most overlooked grips: the pinch. With four different sizes (deep wide, shallow wide, deep narrow, and shallow narrow), you can target the key muscles in your hands and forearms and build a grip that’s ready for any hold.
Consistent, Reliable Results
Made from anodised aluminium, the Quad Block gives you the same friction every session — unlike wood, which changes with humidity and skin moisture. That means your training and testing stays accurate, session after session. Mechanical depth stoppers also make sure your fingers are always placed consistently for repeatable lifts.
More Than Just Pinches
Alongside the pinch grips, the Quad Block includes a 30mm lifting edge — perfect for warming up, rehab, or just mixing up your training with pick-ups. Whether you’re working on recovery or max strength, it’s a versatile addition to your kit.
Skin-Friendly & Easy to Maintain
The smooth aluminium surface is gentle on skin compared to wood and won’t absorb chalk or sweat. It’s easy to clean and helps keep your sessions on track, even if your skin is worn from big climbing days.
Track Your Progress
Pair the Quad Block with the free My Pinch assessment tool to compare your strength with other climbers, test regularly, and stay motivated as you build real progress.
